ImageKit Products are completely Rroyalty Free. Once you purchase the CD-ROM, there will be no additional fees charged for using the images. The only restrictions are to not use the images in pornographic material; or to sell them as just images (or as a collection of images). The license agreement under which the images are sold is as follows:

THIS IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND TDC INTERACTIVE. BY OPENING THIS PACKAGE YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, PROMPTLY RETURN THE UNOPENED PRODUCT IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING FOR A FULL REFUND.

GRANT OF LICENSE. TDC Interactive grants the nonexclusive right to the images of ImageKit under the condition that the user understands and agrees that this license does not permit the user to resell, distribute or provide others, in whole or in part, tha images in another image collection or in any other form where the primary value is in the images themselves. Images are intended for derivitive use. User has the nonexclusive right to copy the ImageKit images onto user's computer hard drive and to use the images and any derivitives or copies (collectively "Images") on one computer and with one user at a time. Images are photographer-released and model-released. Pornographic use of the images is prohibited.

WARRANTIES. TDC Interactive warrants yhat it has the right to grant this license to you. TDC Interactive states that ImageKit discs are free from defect in material and workmanship for 90 days from delivery. Users only remedy for a breach of these warranties is replacement of the disc(s) or refund of the purchase price at TDC Interactive's sole discretion. TDC Interactive and any other parties involved in ImageKit ptoducts cannot be held liable for any damages, either direct or indirect, including without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information or other loss arising out of the use of or inability to use the ImageKit products or individual files. Use product and shareware at your own risk.

GENRAL. All rights to thid disc(s) and images are the property of their respective holders and are protected by United States copyright laws, international treaty provisions and other applicable laws.
